THE FIT

Every patient.
At clinic arrival.

As discussed, make Kivira part of arrival at SunCloud. Every patient completes the assessment; the clinician reviews the findings.

AT CLINIC ARRIVAL

As discussed, every patient completes Kivira when they arrive at SunCloud. Staff introduce the assessment at check-in, and the clinician reviews the findings during the visit.

Illustrative pathway based on SunCloud’s published intake and outcomes materials. We would map the exact process, measures and report-to-chart workflow with the SunCloud team.

PROPOSED PILOT · AS DISCUSSED

Start at
SunCloud Health.

A focused outpatient pilot
with the SunCloud team.

WHY START HERE

Sero’s CMO, Dr. Kim Dennis, also leads SunCloud Health—connecting the pilot with Sero’s medical leadership.

Allpatients on arrival
4weeks
2pilot clinicians

Begin at SunCloud Health, as discussed. Make Kivira part of arrival for every patient. Review completion, clinical usefulness and workflow fit over four weeks, with selected repeat measures and one clinical lead.

THE NEXT STEP

Map the arrival workflow.
Set up the team and agree a start date.

Workflow basis

The proposed pilot starts at SunCloud Health, as discussed. The exact clinic workflow and implementation details would be agreed with its team.

Sero lists SunCloud among its programs. SunCloud describes a clinical intake and medical review process and already uses validated outcome measures, including PHQ-9 and OQ-45.2. Sero’s CMO, Dr. Kim Dennis, is also SunCloud’s cofounder, CEO and CMO.

This diagram illustrates the proposed fit; it does not imply a live technical integration. Measures, enrollment, repeat cadence and the report-to-chart process would be agreed with SunCloud.
